Mission & vision

Bridging manufacturing and the environment

West Bohemia has built cars and components for more than a century. Our founders — engineers and environmental specialists from the Plzeň region — saw that small and mid-sized suppliers were often left out of the green transition: too small for consultancy budgets, too important to ignore.

Our vision is a Central European automotive industry where every part, from a bracket to a battery cell, is made with measurable care for air, water and soil — and where the people who make them have the skills to lead that change.
